6 bedrooms: 3 beds x 160 cm wide, 1 bed x 140 cm wide, 2 beds x 90 cm wide. Bed and equipment for babies (plastic bathtub, high chair ..., folding bed). Sheets and covers are included.
One living room, kitchen/dining room, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1WC, 2 bathrooms with showers + WC, dishwasher, washing machine, micro wave, oven, fridge, freezer, TV, free internet access, balcony and terrasse, garden furniture and barbecue. 

Easy and available parking in the street. 

Activities around the house: sea activities, beaches, fishing, bicycle rent, walking, swimming pools in Pont l'Abbé and Quimper. Bowling and tree climbing in Quimper. Cinemas in Kerity, Quimper and Bénodet. Grocery at 200 metres and supermarkets at 2 and 3 km from the centre.
A deposit will be requested at your arrival. It will be paid back to you within 2 weeks at the latest after leaving (except if costs for damages have to be covered).

The house was granted with the two following quality labels:
• 3 keys at CLEVACANCES (again in 2023) registration number: 029FS00P41
• 3 stars (Meublé de Tourisme, again in 2023)

  • safety barriers for stair cases for 1st and second floors,

  • 2 high folding chairs, 
  • a baby bottle warmer, unbreakable crockery, etc.
Prices: from 700 €/week for 2 persons in low season and on the ground floor only  
up to 1700 € a week for 10 persons in high seasons.

Included: Quilt covers, fitted sheets, pillow cases. Beds are made before your arrival.

Not included (tariffs upon request): 
  • Cleaning at the end of your stay to be paid on site 
  • You may rent from us: 
    • bath towels, 
    • kitchen towels, 
    • 3 gym mats.
